Our comprehensive approach includes:

• Careful selection of components:We take into account cost, reliability, market longevity, and performance for every project.
• PCB manufacturing: both PTH, using an automatic insertion machine, and SMD, using state-of-the-art pick-and-place machines and solder paste screen printing, as well as steam soldering, traditional soldering, X-ray inspection, and AOI inspection of critical areas
• Visual inspectionusing automatic optical inspection (AOI) equipment
• Finishing and manual rework to ensure high quality of the finished product
• Programming, if requiredof microcontrollers
• Functional testing to ensure that the final product complies with the required specifications and functions correctly according to the pre-established parameters.
• Packaging and shipping: are carefully handled to ensure the integrity of the products during transport and delivery

We are capable of assembling a wide range of state-of-the-art components: components in sizes down to 0402, POP (package-on-package) components, BGAs, QFNs, LGAs, and many others. Our reflow soldering process is particularly well-suited for assembly on aluminum printed circuit boards.
